           We believe that the market will see a correction in 2022. Statistics are showing that the real estate market saw an 18% increase in 2021. Although we are still in a sellers market we won't see a double-digit increase again in 2022. This is due to the federal government looming the increase in interest rates over our heads. In a typical market when interest rates go up the market tends to level out at a sweet spot. In the first half of 2022 prices will continue to surge because of the interest rate spike on the horizon. We should see a slight correction by the middle of this year. However, our experts say that it is never a bad time to buy real estate. Real estate is one of the best vehicle to build and sustain wealth over time. This is not to mention the cash flow and tax benefits.

           A Brief History on Gable

           Gable was founded in 1984 by Daisy and Joseph Palmieri. The first Gable office was on Lyons avenue in Newhall, CA. Joseph and his wife spent their entire careers working in the real estate industry. They started Gable Property Management as a family business with a mission to help other families. Joseph operated Gable until 2002 when he passed away, leaving the business to his granddaughter Jennifer Sioussat. Jennifer says, "there is beauty in being able to help landlords successfully manage a property while providing families and individuals a place to call home." Jennifer now carries on her grandfather's business as the president and owner. She is committed to not only carrying on her grandfather's legacy, but is making sure that the business upholds his standards in honor of her Grandfather. Joseph, a renown businessman always instilled into Jennifer the importance and standard of quality service and work ethic. Jennifer has created a culture at Gable Property Management that is nothing short of what her grandfather instilled into her. Gable has now been operating for 38 years in the Santa Clarita Valley.
