Follow these simple steps...

  • 1. Locate property on our site

    Go to the "Available Properties" page and chose a property that fits your needs and budget.

  • 2. Fill out a Rental Application

    You will need to prepare all the necessary documents and submit a complete application. (Click here for more information)

  • 3. Application Processing

    If your application is incomplete or gets accepted, we will contact you with an update. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your application.

  • 4. Fill out the lease agreement

    If your application is accepted we will send you a lease agreement with a tenant portal login to pay your deposits and first months rent.

  • 5. Schedule move-in and inspection date.

    If your application gets accepted we will schedule a move in date.

  • 6. Review your move in packet

    We will we email you a packet with all the information you need. It will include;



    • How to submit a maintenance request
    • Where to locate your keys
    • Other relevant information

FICO SCORE

We require a 625 or better FICO score.

INCOME

We require that the tenant(s) make 2.5x the rent amount in gross income monthly less your monthly debt. 

Additional Qualifications

  • Criminal background requirements.
  • Positive reference from previous landlord.
  • The landlord makes the final decision on every property.
