  • How does Gable Charge?

    We charge a 6% monthly management fee and a one-time leasing fee of $399 each time the property becomes vacant and is marketed for rent.

  • What is your Inspection process?

    Our robust inspection process includes detailed photos and notes to objectively document your property’s condition. We perform a move-in inspection, annual inspections, and a move-out inspection for every tenancy

  • Do you Require Renter's Insurance?

    Yes, we require a minimum of $100,000 in coverage. That is to be renewed annually. We are always on top of our tenants' policies.

  • Do I receive Monthly Statements?

    Yes, our landlords receive an emailed owner statement every month after we process rents. We also upload the statements to their owner portal. The owner's statement shows the accounting breakdown of all transactions made on your property.

  • What is Your Screening Process?

    We screen applicants one at a time using objective criteria, including minimum income and credit requirements. We collect and verify income documentation, conduct background checks, and obtain landlord references. Once complete, we provide all verified information for your review and approval.
