What is your Inspection process?
We have a 3-step inspection process. We have innovative technology that allows us to document up to 300 photos of your property. We perform a minimum of two yearly inspections. In some cases, we will perform 3 yearly inspections.

Do you Require Renter's Insurance?
Yes, we require a minimum of $100,000 in coverage. That is to be renewed annually. We are always on top of our tenants' policies. Gable makes sure that the policies are renewed yearly.

Do I receive Monthly Statements?
Yes, our landlords receive an emailed owner statement every month after we process rents. We also upload the statements to their owner portal. The owner's statement shows the accounting breakdown of all transactions made on your property.

What is Your Screening Process?
All serious applicants go through a 3-step screening process as follows:
1. System approval that is objective
-625+ Fico Score, Minimum Income: 2.5 times the rent, 49% or better back end debt-income ratio.
2. A Gable professional performs a manual underwrite.
Emplyment, landlord reference, clean background check
3. The owner is presented with qualified candidates and makes a well-informed decision.
